I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, warm, and refined, providing a typical accommodation experience. The service was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff that even helped us with parking passes. The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, although it is situated on top of a very steep hill. The dining experience offered a good variety, including vegetarian options.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfy and had all the necessary facilities like a kettle with tea, coffee, biscuits, and Pringles. However, a major refurbishment is needed. The service was excellent, especially during a snowstorm, and breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, but the property had some uneven floorboards. Dining options were good, and the facilities were decent.

The guest house felt more like a hostel with an almost wall-to-ceiling window. The service was excellent, and cleanliness was top class. The location is within walking distance of the city center, making it convenient. The dining options were not really my thing, but homemade biscuits were a nice touch.
